Our tax and accounting backgrounds have taught us that it’s all about the details, down to the penny. Many real estate companies overlook the little details, or ignore what they perceive as burdensome rules and regulations. That’s not our style. Nicole holds broker licenses in Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Missouri, and Virginia along with dual Bachelor's Degrees in Accounting & Theology. Before starting her career in real estate, she managed a commercial banking office serving business owners in the York area and managed a multi-faceted transitional housing center for women and children in the Maryland area. Her passion for finance and housing along with her diverse background provided the perfect foundation and skill set to step into the role of Owner/Broker of First Capitol. Her vision to create a hands-on approach to real estate and property management while serving the unique needs of each investor, owner, property, and tenant, has launched First Capitol’s team to develop systems and processes to efficiently expedite high-quality service to our local real estate investment community. Whether its purchasing your first home, or selling your 50th investment property, she is passionate about making your real estate investments a success!
Sheena Lansanah an active Real Estate Advisor serving the Central Pa and Maryland area for over 6 years. Sheena enjoys educating, advising, and advocating for future homeowners, sellers, and investors in the Real Estate Industry. Sheena is a Central PA native with a passion for service and loves being a small part of creating ownership in her hometown. As a proud member of the First Capitol Property Management Family, Sheena carries the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service into everything she does. When Sheena isn't making homeownership and investment goals come true for her clients, she enjoys spending time as a devoted sports mom and wife attending athletic events with her family.
Anthony & Kim, owners of Key PA Property Management, provide both residential and commercial property property management services along with Home-Owners Association management services. Anthony & Kim are passionate about using state-of-the-art technology keeping clients informed of how their investments are doing in real time, while providing tenants of these properties real time access to maintenance requests and billing. Anthony has been managing large commercial properties for the last 15 years focused on optimizing profitability and streamlined management structures. Kim has added the Pa Real Estate License to her education background to partner with Anthony to develop Key PA together. Their key to success is not only providing prompt, friendly and professional services to their property owners and tenants, but also understanding the importance of the investment for clients personally. Anthony & Kim serve the greater Philadelphia area of Kennett Square, Hockessin, West Chester, and Wilmington, Delaware.
Kat Tedesco, Realtor and Leasing Specialist, holds a Pennsylvania and Virginia Real Estate License and a Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology. Kat excels at understanding the investor need to maximize ROI and finding creative solutions in challenging situations. Currently, Kat is focusing on leasing and tenant placement, which involves in depth tenant interviews, screenings, background, credit and reference checks; she also assists in client and property onboarding. She enjoys helping individuals and families find their perfect home. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, attending kids sports activities, gardening, and traveling.
Elijah Patterson, Property Maintenance Manager, is highly motivated with a unique composite of technical, mechanical, artistic and leadership skills. He offers an unrivaled combination of open-mindedness and dedication to find the best solutions to the issues that arise in property management. He brings over a decade of expertise in repairs, restoration, fabrication, mechanical, HVAC, appliance and electrical troubleshooting experience. His creative problem solving makes him a great fit for leading our property maintenance team taking pride in caring for your investments. Additionally, he has numerous certifications such as: HVAC-R, CDL-b, PA - Turf Grass Pesticide License, PA - Pool/Spa License, RADON and EPA Certification. He enjoys the outdoors, hunting, fishing, hiking, rehab projects, and spending time with his family.
Vince is a Realtor & Property Manager in the Delaware markets. Serving eight years in the Marines, including a period as Sergeant, instilled an unwavering commitment to excellence and an ability to thrive under pressure. Afterward, he spent 15 years honing his expertise in the dynamic world of IT, mastering the intricacies of fiscal responsibility and project management.
These hard-earned skills translate seemingly into the business world, where Vince fosters a culture of collaboration, accountability, and results-oriented action. Vince’s expertise is in managing budgets, allocating resources effectively, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Vince owns and operates PMI First State, focused on Property Management. He understands what it takes to build a successful team, manage resources effectively, and achieve ambitious goals. As owner of PMI First State, Vince is poised to leverage his unique skill set to take his clients portfolio to new heights generating great profitability within the real estate sector.
Born in Bosnia & Herzegovina, moved to the US at 5 years old with her family. Currently is a the manager of residential and multifamily portfolios working closely with property owners to efficiently handle tenant and property maintenance issues. Stef comes to First Capitol with experience with the Commonwealth of PA for 10 years as a Supervisor, Fiscal Department Manager and Grants Manager for Department of Human Services, Office of Children Youth & Families, and the Office of Budget. Ignited a passion for real estate through an investor friend pursued training and education in wholesaling and flipping. Now finds a greater purpose through property management and servicing clients, tenants and the company proudly. Loves animals, Jeep life, and her newborn nephew.
Office Administration for First Capitol Real Estate and First Capitol Maintenance. Rose assists with corporate organizing, accounts receivable, office and maintenance organization. Rose comes to First Capitol with 15 years experience in organization management and is adept at interfacing with clients and coordinating project schedules to meet deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction. She embodies FCRE core values of our team environment honesty, integrity, efficiency, and hard work contributing to successful transactions and satisfied clients. Rose enjoys spending time with her husband, kids and grandkids, gardening, decorating, cooking, and her new puppy, Katie.
Marites Frias, Administrative Assistant, holds a degree in Bachelor of Arts major in English. She manages phone inquiries, assisting potential and current clients, property owners, and other stakeholders with their concerns or requests and directs calls to the appropriate department when necessary. Her strong background in Customer Service enables her to interact with clients and stakeholders with ease and give them assurance that their requests are being coordinated and followed through. She is a life-long learner and loves to keep up with the latest trends in the Real Estate industry. When she's off work she enjoys spending quality time with her parents and close friends relaxing by the beach, exploring nature, or simply hanging out.
Imee Masangkay, Administrative Accounting and Services Coordinator, handles invoicing and work orders, spreadsheet management, accounting management for agreements, maintenance, accounts receivable, etc. She also handles online requests and portal management providing efficient and expedited service to our clients and customers. On the weekends, Imee enjoys spending time with her kids and family watching movies and relaxing together.
With over 12 years of experience in customer service, Hannah brings a deep understanding of client needs and exceptional problem-solving skills to her role as an Administrative Assistant. Her extensive background in client relations translates into effective support for our real estate team, ensuring smooth operations and a high level of service. Known for her organizational expertise and commitment to excellence, Hannah plays a key role in driving the company's success and efficiency.
